Self-Collection

1. Self-collection is strictly available only at the collection location selected during checkout.
2. Requests to change the self-collection location will not be accepted after the order has been placed.
3. Orders selected for self-collection cannot be converted to delivery.
4. Collection is available from 8:00 AM onwards on 18 September 2026 at the respective selected store.
5. Please present your order confirmation email for verification upon collection.
6. All devices must be unboxed and activated (unbricked) at the point of collection.
7. Self-collection orders not collected on 18 September 2026 will be automatically cancelled.
8. No exchange, refund, or cancellation is permitted for self-collection orders.

Trade-In

1. The total trade-in value includes trade-in bonus, where applicable.
2. Trade-in orders cannot be cancelled, and the selected model cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.
3. HomeClub Points awarded under the overtrade promotion for online purchases will be credited approximately one month after successful delivery.
4. The overtrade bonus for online purchases is capped at S$100.
5. No exchange, return, refund, or cancellation is permitted for trade-in orders.

Delivery

1. No exchange, refund, or cancellation is permitted for delivery orders.
2. Delivery will be scheduled according to the delivery slot selected during checkout. Should there be any changes, our Customer Care team will contact you accordingly.
